Scope and service

Fenglan Xingchen (shanghai) Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd provides the app for customer service, work order and operations collaboration by authorized hotel and enterprise employees. Available modules depend on your organization's contract, configuration, roles and permissions.

These terms apply alongside your organization's employment, confidentiality, information-security and business-operation rules. Follow stricter organizational requirements for enterprise data where applicable.

Accounts, identity and authorization

• There is no public self-registration. Enterprise administrators create, assign, change and deactivate accounts.
• Use only your own authorized account. Do not share, rent, transfer or bypass account access controls.
• Immediately contact your administrator and change credentials if you suspect an account compromise, device loss or credential exposure.
• Access only hotels, channels, guests, chats, work orders and configurations needed for your duties.

Use of the service

Use chats, work orders, customer information, knowledge bases, AI features and system connections within your organization's authorization and business rules. Price commitments, sensitive complaints, identity checks, refunds, safety incidents and other matters requiring human judgment must be reviewed or escalated through enterprise procedures.

Do not use the app for unlawful activity, infringement, bulk export of unrelated data, unauthorized access, service disruption, malicious software or unlawful content. Ensure you are authorized to upload work-related images, files and text.

Automation and AI outputs assist operations; they do not replace authorized personnel's final judgment on high-risk matters. Check important data and results, and take responsibility for actions you confirm or execute.

Business data and privacy

Process employee, guest and channel-customer information only as necessary for work. Do not use it for unrelated purposes or transfer business data through personal email, personal cloud storage or unapproved tools.

Our practices are described in the app privacy policy. In versions that support push, you may choose whether to enable notifications.

Intellectual property and feedback

Intellectual property in the software, interfaces, logos, documentation and related technology belongs to us or the respective rights holders. Do not copy, reverse-engineer, rent, sell or otherwise provide it externally except as permitted by law or written authorization.

Suggestions submitted through official channels may be used to improve the service. Obtain authorization and redact confidential or personal information before submitting feedback.

Third-party services, changes and interruptions

Some features depend on network operators, cloud infrastructure and your organization's configured customer service channels, hotel systems, work order or image services. Failures, maintenance or network instability may temporarily affect these features.

We may update features for security, legal, compatibility or product-improvement reasons. Material changes affecting your rights will be communicated appropriately; emergency security fixes may be implemented first.

Account deactivation and termination

Your enterprise or our company may suspend or terminate access within its authority when you leave, change roles, lose enterprise authorization or violate applicable law, enterprise rules, these terms or security requirements. Deactivation does not remove business records, audit records or dispute materials that must be retained by law.
